If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns of opened or used oral care products unless the item is faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
